Mission Statement:

The 12th of Never Foundation was formed to extend love, support, & resources to programs & organizations that benefit individuals & families affected by chronic & critical illness, economic hardship, or bereavement.

Extending love without limits or walls … till The 12th of Never

The 12th of Never Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, came into existence to continue the legacy of the late Harry DeVane Walker, Sr., a husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin, deacon and friend to so many. If you knew him, you certainly experienced love, laughter, and genuine care that is unparalleled … In his honor, his loving wife of 40 years, Bertha and his children, Harry ‘DeVane’ Walker, Jr. and Genetta are committed to continuing his heartfelt mission of extending love to everyone and hence, formed The 12th of Never Foundation.  In remembering his legacy, our mission has extended to include the many memories of us all who lost loved ones that lived a life of service and have transcended as our guardian angels extending their memory & love til the 12th of never.   One of the critical elements to The 12th of Never’s success is remembrance of all our loved ones’ passion for people and we are sincere in honoring them through our efforts and programs.

In 2012, The 12th of Never officially kick-offed with an *annual* luau to celebrate a legacy of unconditional love and formally announce the passion and mission of ‘placing service above self.’ We are continually blessed by tangible contributions from multiple individuals and organizations. We coordinate ourselves and resources to pass the blessings to others.

Our goal is to be the village that loves unconditionally till the 12th of never by providing support in times of need for those who need it the most.

Our reputation includes being there for the community when natural disasters such as Super Storm Sandy occurred, giving out holiday baskets to those in need, providing grief support in navigating funeral arrangements & post demise business affairs to making donations to organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House and DYFYS.
